Head Chef at The Gateway Hotel, Tobias Streitenberger brings a passion for simple, fresh and flavourful food. With a Master’s degree in Culinary Arts and a background as a qualified Pastry Chef, he combines classical skill with a modern, down to earth approach.
Tobias’s career has taken him through respected kitchens across Europe and aboard world-class cruise lines, including Cunard and Seabourn, where he honed his craft and deepened his understanding of global flavours.
Winner of Best Chef at CATEX 2017, he now leads The Gateway Hotel’s kitchen, crafting dishes that celebrate honest ingredients and memorable flavours. His philosophy is simple: keep it fresh, keep it real, and let great food speak for itself.
